With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, the owners have brought their wealth of experience to bring you the best Mediterranean cuisine available in Dublin. In addition to a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, Sparks also caters for private events and parties, including meetings, weddings, and holiday occasions.
